THOMAS UNIVERSITY, School of Theology and Ministry, Miami Gardens, Florida, announces the opening of a full-time faculty position for January 2008 or August 2008 in the area of Biblical Studies/Christian History. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with, commitment to, and expertise in Practical Theology and Pastoral Ministries. Responsibilities include teaching in the undergraduate Religious Studies major, the Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry, and Ph.D. in Practical Theology. Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Theology or its equivalent; demonstrate an active commitment to teaching and research, and to the University’s mission as “an excellent Catholic university for diversity.” Women and minorities are especially encouraged to apply.
